FREIGHT FORWARDING AND LOGISTICS SERVICES CLERK (m/f/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Preparation of freight and customs documents and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
  • Calculation of freight and shipping costs and preparation of freight contracts
  • Selection of means of transport (road, rail, air, sea) and route planning
  • Compliance with customs and foreign trade regulations for international goods traffic
  • Organization of storage facilities and inventory management
  • Control of the entire logistics process from goods handling to delivery
  • Supporting specialist departments in all logistics matters

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Completed vocational training in logistics with several years of practical experience
  • Knowledge of import/export processing
  • Experience with ERP systems (ideally SAP) for inventory management and process control
  • Structured, independent, and responsible work style
  • Class B driver’s license
  • Communication in German and English (desirable)

ASSISTANT HR (m/f/d) in part-time (25-35%)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support of the HR department/administration
  • Assistance with time tracking
  • Clerical support for contract and personnel matters
  • Administrative tasks in the HR area

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Completed commercial training and initial professional experience in the HR area
  • Structured, independent, and responsible work style
  • Reliability and trustworthiness
  • German language skills at native speaker level
