TRAINING POSITION FOR OFFICE MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT (m/f/d) FOR 2026

TRAINING CONTENT:

Office management assistants perform organisational and commercial administrative tasks. For example, they handle correspondence, design presentations, procure office supplies, plan and monitor appointments, prepare meetings, organise business trips and perform secretarial tasks (reception, etc.). They also assist with personnel planning and purchase external services. In addition, they look after customers, assist with order processing, write invoices and monitor incoming payments.

REQUIREMENTS:

QUALITY CONTROL SPECIALIST (m/f/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Carrying out visual, functional and final inspections
  • Fault analysis and troubleshooting
  • Preparation of test reports and documentation of measurement results
  • Selection and use of measuring and testing equipment

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Completed vocational training in the mechanical/technical field
  • several years of experience in quality control

  • Preparation of freight and customs documents and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
  • Calculation of freight and shipping costs and preparation of freight contracts
  • Selection of means of transport (road, rail, air, sea) and route planning
  • Compliance with customs and foreign trade regulations for international goods traffic
  • Organization of storage facilities and inventory management
  • Control of the entire logistics process from goods handling to delivery
  • Supporting specialist departments in all logistics matters

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Completed vocational training in logistics with several years of practical experience
  • Knowledge of import/export processing
  • Experience with ERP systems (ideally SAP) for inventory management and process control

  • Class B driver’s license
  • Communication in German and English (desirable)

QUALITY MANAGER (m/f/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sampling according to VDA / PPAP
  • APQP / RGA, FMEA, Flowchart, Controlplan, Coretools (5 Why, 8D, etc.)
  • Evaluation of Coordinate Measuring Machine Reports
  • Coordination with customers and suppliers on quality issues
  • Active Supplier Quality Management

YOUR PROFILE:

  • University degree or technical training with professional experience
  • IMDS knowledge is an advantage
